How often will I get updates? Every month on the second Monday of the month with on-the-go notifications in the Elite box
How can I use my Elite member discount on other services? Simply submit your request to lucy@wkgstrategy.com
Do I pay for the next 12 months or for the remaining part of 2023? You are paying a discounted rate for the 12 months. Thus, starting in June 2023 will keep your subscription active till June 2024
What is the cancellation and refund policy? We do not offer a refund for the annual subscription box. Should you choose to cancel, we will offer you the remaining part of the payment as a credit toward other services (except primary research and MarketIt plan)
Is the WKG Strategy Pulse Subscription box available for other countries? Yes, but only in the Elite configuration. Please contact us at yours@wkgstrategy.com for requests; payment links on this page will only work for Canadian businesses.
