Lucy Kovalova-Woods is a management consultant, strategist, and founder of WKG Strategy, with more than 20 years of international experience helping organizations grow through strategy, operations, digital transformation, and innovation. She works with businesses, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and startups to solve complex challenges and build sustainable, people-centered solutions.

We are on a mission to help people with visible, invisible & dynamic disabilities regain financial independence by utilizing the newest technologies, new-era skills and knowledge.
We decided to focus on solving the problem or lack of resources and skills to transition to the ‘new lifestyle and new career’ – working directly with people with all types of disabilities.
When things like sudden disability happen, we have no choice but to either change or rely on social programs or relatives.
Satistically, it takes on average 3 years to get social assistance. Not to mention, people don’t want to rely on minimal handout.
