WKG Strategy Foundation

Knowledge. Opportunity. Equality.

We are on a mission to help people with visible and invisible disabilities get their financial independence back by utilizing the newest technologies, new-era skills and knowledge shared by millions of entrepreneurs and freelancers from all around the world.

While there are many organizations that work directly with specific types of disabilities, we decided to focus on solving the problem or lack of resources and skills to transition to the ‘new lifestyle.’ When things like that happen, we have no choice but to either change or rely on social programs or relatives. This is not how it is supposed to be, not in 2024.

While we build ramps and hire people with mental and visible disabilities, people with so-called ‘invisible’ disabilities have to suffer.

Well, we say: suffer no more! We invite you to learn more about our cause and jump in early with any amount of donation, support, partnership or sponsorship you see fit. Even $1 matters, even motivational messages can resonate with millions, and even one share can mean saving lives. Join us today!

Knowledge. Opportunity. Equality. Self-realization and financial independence, combined with work flexibility for individuals with visible and invisible disabilities

In the vast landscape of societal innovation, WKG Strategy Foundation emerges as an intricate endeavour. Its mission? Addressing the intertwined needs of self-realization, financial autonomy, and workplace flexibility, particularly for those grappling with visible and invisible disabilities.

The essence of WKG lies at the confluence of the for-profit sector—with a segment of earnings channeling towards altruistic pursuits—and the non-profit realm, amplifying its outreach through robust fundraising campaigns nationwide. What distinguishes WKG Strategy Foundation from other initiatives is its holistic approach. While conventional organizations often zero in on particular disabilities or accessibility concerns, we encompass a broader spectrum, identifying and bridging gaps uniquely.

Rather than merely functioning as a job portal or employer database, WKG Strategy Foundation widens the horizon for its beneficiaries. We proactively explore opportunities for remote work and provide the necessary skills training, enable the inception of businesses anchored in personal passions, and delve into the multifaceted gig economy. Our intent? Empowering every individual faced with diminished work capacity, be it due to health setbacks, accidents, cognitive challenges, or even the noble endeavour of caregiving.

Where despair often finds a home, WKG Strategy Foundation instills hope, resilience, and enlightenment. In 2024, many avenues beckon for generating income in flexible paradigms. Yet, when individuals find themselves unmoored from traditional workspaces, feelings of entrapment and despondency can be pervasive, further hampering their battle against adversities.

Peeling back the layers to understand WKG Strategy Foundation’s genesis, we find Lucy Kovalova at its core. Established in 2017, WKG Strategy originally functioned as a global nexus consulting firm, nurturing start-ups, aiding SMEs in marketing strategies, and honing the entrepreneurial spirit. With over 300 global success stories and an impressive suite of literature on personal and business growth, Lucy’s passion for fostering potential is palpable.

Lucy’s inspiration wasn’t just rooted in her professional triumphs. Her journey, from caregiving amidst her husband’s illness to navigating the turbulence of relocating amidst Ukraine’s war and subsequently carving a niche in Canada, infused her with unparalleled resilience. However, life threw another curveball in 2022 when Lucy encountered debilitating health challenges, significantly impinging upon her productivity.

Rather than defeating her spirit, this adversity catalyzed Lucy’s realization of a larger purpose. Recognizing the chasm between those with disabilities—both visible and invisible—and the realm of professional fulfillment and self-growth, she envisioned a broader canvas of empowerment. After all, societal contribution and financial independence aren’t luxuries but integral to our identity and purpose.

WKG Strategy Foundation, under Lucy’s aegis, stands as a beacon of hope in this quest.
